Section 3 – Prices of Products and Services
Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for/reserve the right at any time to make changes to prices, suspend or discontinue Services. We have made every effort to accurately display our Products and Services online and in-store. We cannot guarantee that your computer’s resolution/display of colours will match ours. We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Section 4 – Payments
Harmony MedSpa shall retain property of any products or Services on this website until full payment has been made by the customer and has been received by us. Payments can be made via major credit cards as listed: Visa, Debit, MasterCard, and American Express and Gift Certificates. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
Section 5 – Cancellations & Late Arrivals
If you, the customer, are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately. We require to be notified of any cancellations 48 hours prior to your appointment or a $25 cancellation fee will apply. Late arrivals of more than 10 mins will result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling the appointment, time relative.
A client who has never been to the clinic or had a consultation will receive no refunds. For those who had a consultation our refund policy is listed below:
There are no refunds on services rendered. Should you decide to discontinue the treatment when sessions have begun, remaining credits from the unused treatments may be used to purchase other products or services. If a refund request is made for the unused portion of the series, then services rendered will be charged at the regular per session price and the difference will be refunded.
Section 6 – Liability
Harmony MedSpa will not be liable for any economic loss or any other form of indirect or consequential loss arising from or in connection with its provision of products or Services. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that he/she provides Harmony MedSpa with all pertinent medical details prior to the purchase of products or treatments on this website within a scheduled consultation. By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer agrees to have been consulted by a representative at Harmony Med Spa in the past and to follow all given instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Harmony MedSpa regarding proper aftercare. Harmony MedSpa will not be liable for any damage resulting from the failure to disclose pertinent medical information or negligence on the part of the customer.
